1. Consider approval of the minutes of the March 10, 2008 meeting.

2. Acknowledge the minutes from the following Boards, Committees and Authorities:

a. Planning Commission meeting of March 3, 2008

b. Parks and Recreation Board meetings of January 24 and February 7, 2008

3. Presentation of Police Report for March, 2008 by Police Chief Walden.

4. Presentation of Fire Department Report for March, 2008 by Fire Chief J. P. Curry.

5. Presentation of Code Enforcement Report for March, 2008 by Code Enforcement Officer Jimmy Wallace.

6. Acknowledge Cherokee County Narcotics Unit Activity Report for the 1^st quarter of 2008

7. Proclamations:

10. Consider an ordinance to annex property located at 685 County Road 642 belonging to Alton and Judy Leach.

11. Consider amending Ordinance 125 to correct legal descriptions of annexed property (County Road 131).

12. Consider suspending all disbursements from alcohol sales account until all legal fees are paid.

13. Consider appointment of Reserve Officers to Cedar Bluff Police Department.
