CEDAR BLUFF PLANNING COMMISSION Minutes of the Meeting January 18, 2011
ATTENDANCE	The Cedar Bluff Planning Commission met in special session in the Council Room at Town Hall, 3420 Spring Street, Cedar Bluff, Alabama, pursuant to notice duly posted as prescribed by law. Members in attendance were as follows: Herb Sherwin, Misty Ferguson, Leatha Harp, Billie Harris, Ethel Sprouse, WK Summers and Tressie Young.
CALL TO ORDER	Herb Sherwin, chairman, presided and called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m.
DISCUSSION AND RECOMMENDATION TO AMEND ORDINANCE NUMBER 108-FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION ORDINANCE	There was some discussion concerning Ordinance Number 108 and the need to amend it to accept the current FEMA maps dated January 19, 2011. WK Summers made the motion to recommend the proposed amendment to the Town Council. Billie Harris seconded that motion, and the recommendation was unanimously approved.
