SPECIAL CALLED CEDAR BLUFF TOWN COUNCIL MEETING

MONDAY, JULY 30, 2007 AT 1:00 P.M.

 

The Cedar Bluff Town Council of the Town of Cedar Bluff, County of Cherokee, State of Alabama, met in Special Session in the Council Room at Town Hall, 3420 Spring Street, Cedar Bluff, Alabama, Monday, July 30, 2007 at 1:00 p.m., pursuant to notice duly posted as prescribed by law. Mayor Martha Baker presided and called the meeting to order.  Members in attendance were as follows:

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1:                      Receive and open bids for the sidewalks along Old Alabama Hwy 9 and Spring Street (Federal Aid Project No. STPTE-TE005 910)

 

Mr. Matt Hawes, CDG Engineers and Associates, Inc. advised that this meeting was to open and read aloud the bids received for the Sidewalks along Old Alabama Highway 9 and Spring Street (Transportation Enhancement Project No. STPTE-TE05 (910))

 

The bid tabulation is as follows:

            After the bids were opened and the totals were read aloud, Mr. Hawes advised the bids would be taken back to the CDG Engineers office for accuracy.

 

            There being no further business to be considered the meeting adjourned at 1:14 p.m.
