Alcohol License
The Alcohol Application form must be completed in entirety and
returned to the Town Clerk’s Office. Obtaining an alcoholic
beverage license can take 3-4 weeks. Procedures to acquire an
alcoholic beverage license are listed below.
1. Application processing fee is
$100.00 (non refundable)
2. Complete application
3. Application must be approved by
Town Council
4. Letter sent to ABC Board by Town
Clerk’s Office
5. Apply with ABC Board for State
Alcoholic Beverage License
6. Purchase ABC License after ABC
Board Approval
7. Purchase Town of Cedar Bluff
Alcoholic Beverage License and provide a copy of the ABC License
8. 10% tax due each month to the
Town of Cedar Bluff on beer, wine, and retail liquor sales
