Leatha Harp is the widow of the late Council Member Hoyt Harp. She was appointed June 2002 to finish the last two years of his term, at his death. She is serving her first full term as Council Member. Mrs. Harp is the mother of Ida Harp, Audrey Hargitt, Ann Palmer, Gregory and Jeffrey Harp. She is a member of Bogan Chapel United Methodist Church, Centre Lions Club, Georgia Power Ambassadors and Cedar Bluff Planning Commission. Mrs. Harp has been a resident of Cedar Bluff all her life.
