Pam Powell has been a resident of Cherokee County since 1981. She was formerly employed for 4 years at the Cedar Bluff Utilities Board as Accounting Clerk. She has attended Gadsden State and New World College. She is married to D. L. Powell and currently resides in the Broomtown Community.

The Town Clerk for the Town of Cedar Bluff has the responsibility to oversee and keep record of all financial and legal documents including accounts payable, payroll, Council minutes, Ordinances, Resolutions, subdivision plats and sewer assessments.
